About Kaitlin

I am a Canadian-American, naturalized French naturopath, embodiment guide, holistic practitioner, artist, and mother of three whose work is devoted to helping people learn to understand the mind-body connection as it pertains to health and wellness and to understand the message behind the malady, which is the key to vibrant, consistent health.

Having lived across the US and Canada, Germany, Ireland, and France, my life has always been shaped by a deep curiosity about different cultures and the human experience, healing, spirituality, nature, and the many ways people search for home within themselves.

My journey toward helping people heal on a physical and soul level began through my own personal experiences.

For many years, I lived disconnected from my body — pushing, working, caring for everyone, while quietly carrying an overwhelming internal weight. I unconsciously grew to believe that love, rest, and worth had to be earned through what I could give and through what I could achieve, not through what I innately was. But even then, who even was I anymore? I no longer recognized myself and I yearned on a soul level to feel lighthearted and joyous, to put down the heavy weight of expectations and unending responsibilities. To actually be excited about and love my life and be myself, wildly, creatively and unapologetically.

This was when I began seriously studying Taoiste medicine, QiGong, naturopathy, herbalism, Ayurveda and meditation amoung other practices.

Through my own experience and in studying these different modalities, I learned in real time that the body and our psyches have their own particular language, and to experience true health, which is not the absence of illness, but rather the positive existence of bright, pure energy in and around us all the time, we need to become fluent in their language.

That realization transformed the direction of my life as I noticed that my case was hardly an isolated one, and that I now had the tools to help other people learn how to connect with their bodies and heal themselves.

Today, my work blends embodiment, somatic awareness, herbal wisdom, emotional restoration, and nature-based practices to help others reconnect with their bodies as places of steadiness, intuition, and safety, stepping away from physical and spiritual ailments and into vibrant health and joy.

My approach is deeply human, gentle, and grounded in the belief that we all hold an innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions, support, and space.

When we feel healthy and safe in our bodies, our natural gifts begin to emerge freely.

And we begin to live as who we truly are, rather than who we learned we had to be.

My deepest desire is to help people learn how to understand their mind-body connection, in order to live feeling embodied, worthy, and vibrantly alive.

As Mary Oliver so beautifully wrote in her poem “The Summer Day”:

“What will you do with your one wild and precious life?”

A woman with long, red hair is smiling and looking to the right, with her chin resting on her hand and her index finger touching her cheek, wearing a silver ring.
